Prices and Payment
All prices are stated in Danish kroner (DKK) and include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. Payment is made via the payment methods indicated at checkout. The amount will be charged when the order is confirmed.
Ordering and Order Confirmation
When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. A binding agreement is entered into when you receive this confirmation from Lindetsvad.
Right of Withdrawal
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your item. If you wish to cancel your purchase, please contact us before the withdrawal period expires. The item must be returned in its original condition. Return costs are borne by the customer, unless the item is defective or wrongly delivered.
Right of Complaint
You have a 24-month right of complaint in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. The right of complaint covers defects and deficiencies that arise during normal use. Contact us at lindetsvad@gmail.com to make a complaint.

We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with applicable law (GDPR). Your information is used exclusively to process your order and for any communication regarding your purchase with us. Your information will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent.
Delivery Terms
Delivery
We deliver to all of Denmark and selected countries in the EU. Delivery time is normally 2–6 business days from dispatch. During peak periods, delivery time may be slightly longer.
Shipping Costs
The shipping price is calculated automatically at checkout and depends on the order size and delivery address. Free shipping may be offered for orders above a certain amount – see current conditions at checkout.
Delivery and Collection
We ship with e.g. PostNord / GLS / DAO. You will receive a track & trace message via email or SMS when your package has been dispatched.
Missing or Damaged Package
If you receive a damaged package, please take pictures of the damage and contact us as soon as possible at [insert email] so we can assist you.
